I Bought this a month ago,And love Love it .Cleans great and the dryer works so well doesn't leave your carpets soaked. Best Cleaning Machine in my books.

Bought in March Could Been better Product leave's Carpet Really wet And dosen't dry at all like said it would and when use Furniture tool Doesn't Dry Leave's Furniture Soaked will not Buy One Again.

Can't believe how good this carpet cleaner worked. I had old stains that had been there for years that other cleaners could not get out and now they are gone. The black water and dirt that was in the tank OMG yuk. I was living with all that dirt.

vacuum has good power, like dual brushes, had trouble getting close to wall base board, lakes 1in from reaching. had to use extension tools. inconvenient trying to figure it out. vacuum dried carpet rather well.

And use it to clean four of our six rooms carpets and or rugs. Extremely easy to operate, clean after use and reassemble. It is doing an excellent job.

Just bought it, unboxed it, followed all the instructions. Water and cleaning solution not dispensing. Now their help center is not open on weekends so I'm stuck here with dirty carpets until Monday.
