I was very pleased at the quality of this carpet cleaner. It was very easy to assemble with a precise manual and labeled parts. I cleaned an old carpet in one room and the stair attachment did a great job on an 18 yr old carpeted stairs. It is a great deal for the price!

I bought this a few weeks ago. I have 2 elderly dogs that have accidents in my house. I used this to clean all of the rugs in my house. It worked great and is so easy to use! I love the drying feature! My rugs were dry in no time at all! I took it to the lake to clean the carpets that had red mud stains. The carpet looks almost brand new after I cleaned them. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver. I would highly recommend this item. I'm surprised it only costs $199!!!

This one cleans my carpet really well. I was very happy with how clean it got my carpet, but I have a few complaints. I wish I would have tried it in time to exchange it for another one. 1) it leaves globs of dirt while you are cleaning the carpet instead of keeping all of it in the dirty water container. I had to stop a lot of times to remove the globs of dirt. 2) even though it dries as you pull the cleaner backwards, it recommends to dry the carpet after cleaning, rinse & then dry again. I wish the dry part was only 1X instead of 2X. It seems to me a lot more steps than what it should be. 3) I wish the cleaning solution tank was bigger. I had to add more solution 3X.

I bought this about a month ago and I LOVE how it cleans. The double brushes really makes a difference. The only thing I haven't mastered yet is the drying backward mode, when I go forward again to suck up more of the solution it sprays more! I had to empty the water tank to go over it more. Other than that it's great!

I brought this Hoover about a month ago I liked the 5 easy payment plan The machine is the Best rug shampoo hands down So easy to use and the name is perfect SMART WASH. it's like from the future Just pour the cleaning solution in one tank no measuring and the water in the other tank. And just turn it on No buttons to to push on move it like you were using a vacuum Forward releasing the correct amount of solution and water and pull it back and watch all dirty warter being sucked in to the dirty tank The carpet dries in less then a half hour Your carpets will look and smell me And clean up is a breeze Thank you Hoover

I bought this product 3 weeks ago. I have used it almost daily! We have three (3) dogs, three (3) kids and a house full! For over the past 2 decades, we have used Bissell steam/carpet cleaners. Well, after constant equipment failures, obvious design flaws, belts constantly breaking, clean-outs clogging.... our family threw in the towel so to speak! If your one of the few still brave enough to have carpet while you have a toddler and dogs ( including a puppy!) buy this! Our house needed new carpet when we moved in but with a toddler and dogs we figured we’d wait to replace it until our 1 year old got a little older so we didn’t just end up replacing it again. And let me tell you this thing brought my carpet back to life! Now it’s still old carpet with a few minor OLD stains but it’s like 5 shades lighter in color now!! So with the money! (I just used the sample solution that came with it)

I used the carpet cleaner for the first time today. I have 3 cats and a dog and clean carpets frequently. I had an older Hoover that was great while it lasted. This one is phenomenal. I love that it has no trigger, does a great job of cleaning, is extremely easy to take apart and clean, AND has the reminder to clean the filter. It is fantastic!!

I bought it less than a month ago because my old Hoover broke, so we decided to get a new one and later prepare the old one. It works way easier and better than the other I had from 7 yrs ago. My favorite feature is the double brush. Cleans rugs and carpets very good. I'm going to try it on my car's upholstery because it comes with the accessories to do that. I don't regret a bit, I think it was worth every single dollar.

This carpet cleaner is easy to use. I enjoy that I don't have to mix the cleaner with the water. The dry button is nice to help with extra drying strokes. Disassembling and cleaning are a snap and extremely easy. I was surprised at how well it cleaned. I am very happy with my purchase. Thanknyou
