[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with my purchase. My Hoover is doing its job perfectly well. Yes, I often have to pour out dirty water and pour clean water and in general I spend a lot of time on cleaning, but it is not difficult, you do not spend a lot of energy. The vacuum cleaner dries well too, overall I am very pleased with the purchase. The only thing that I would like to change is that the cord is wrapped up by pressing a button, like some ordinary vacuum cleaners.

Got the machine used it on a small room and a chair worked good went to use it the next day on my couch and it leaked water everywhere!! Tried to use it on my dining room and it still leaked water but not as bad but after using it for a minute whenever I would push forward it would not switch from dry to wash I would let it sit awhile try again and it would wash for a minute or two then wouldnt change from dry to wash again. I do not recommend this product at all!! Waste of time and money!!

Clean carpets leave you with such a good feeling about your home. This carpet cleaner makes it a great experience. The thought of keeping my carpet clean is no longer a dreaded chore. The ease of the automatic system takes the worries away., Just walk forward to wash and back to dry. How easy is that!

The Hoover SmartWash came in just a few days. We used it right away and WOW! It worked so much better than I expected! I've had my carpets cleaned professionally a couple of times and the pet stains kept coming back after a few days. This time they are gone for good! It paid for itself in just one use. I've used the Smartwash on various carpets and furniture fabrics. It did an amazing job!!! My parents had there carpet cleaned professionally about 2 weeks ago. I used the Smartwash and it was like it was cleaned for the first time!!! Not only was the carpet cleaner, it extracted even more dirt than the professionals!! So glad I bought this and have recommended it to everyone I know!

However, I really dislike those car ads that boast, "Best in initial quality!" Same for any other product. Initial quality is important, but how well will it work five years from now? Time will tell, but so far so good.

I bought this machine about 2 weeks ago and it is by far the best carpet cleaner I have ever bought. It is super easy to use and easy to clean. I love that it had a "just dry" feature, if that wasn't there there would be a problem when you go to start the next part of your carpet but they thought of everything when they made this machine. Hoover has always made great products! My grandma had a vacuum cleaner Hoover brand for over 80 years and I used it after she passed. Really a true brand! I highly recommend this machine if you want to deep clean your carpet, have it dry and clean out your machine all in a small amount of time.

We have had this unit for several weeks and have used it on the carpet in our excersize area. The unit is very easy to use and uses much less water than our old Bissell machine yet seemed to clean even better. The carpet dried in less than 12 hours, we were very pleased..... Thanks

I bought this machine to replace an older model that had provided many years of excellent service. Hoover improved every feature. This machine is easier to use and clean.The solution tanks are easier to fill and clean also.I highly recommend this product.

I bought this about a month ago. I have had other cleaners that just didn't look like it was pulling the dirt out of the carpet. My smart wash showed me that my worst fears about other cleaners was right. My carpets were dirty. I have two dogs and immediately the house smelled clean again. Love the features and separate containers for clean water, cleaning solutions and dirty water. Love the automatic drive on this. No more holding the trigger. I recommend the smart wash Hoover cleaner.
