I just used this for the first time today and absolutely LOVE it!! Easy to use, clean after your done and works great!!!

I loved everything about the machine with good results! Except I didn't like it too much on tiles. It squirted out too much water.

Loved it the first 2x I used it, then the third time the motor went. My son tried calling but can't get thou to anyone

I bought my SmartWash in Dec. 2019, while in the first rinse process the dry feature stopped. Had I had the option to rate a 0 I would have.

Extremely happy with the product. Have dirty carpets and did a good job of getting them clean for the first time ever being cleaned.

First Hoover I've ever owned. I've been a bissel owner for many years and the smart wash hoover is the best carpet cleaner I've ever owned!!!!

Works great carpets took a while to dry, but not as long as with my other cleaner. I'm disappointed in their return policy

I love my new hoover it works great got the dogs stained right up and made my house smell clean again easy to use great price for it
