It does a great cleaning job.. is easy to use and the best part is the clean up is so easy. Love the product.

Bought the Smartwash in May 2019 LOVED it until February 2020, the brushes stopped rotating. Can't seem to get any help : (

It did a nice job cleaning, although the carpet did seem kind of damp. The plastic hand grip seems kind of flimsy.

power keeps cutting out. when it works, its amazing the amount it cleaned. im guessing it has some sort of electrical issue.
