This item is amazing! The best investment I've ever purchased. I've been in my apartment for four years and my apartment complex does not do a good job at coming in to clean our carpet so I finally bought a carpet cleaner and I am amazed. I love it. My carpet is like new thank you Hoover.

Works really good

Purchased a year ago and on second use the device does not dispense water or cleaning solution. Reached out to Hoover and completed trouble shooting procedures and had no success. I do not recommend this product.

I purchased the cleaner back in September, but pulled it out the box last week and it does not work. After some research, I found this not uncommon for this model. Now I'm stuck with a cleaner I saved up for and does not work. I can't find my receipt.

This awesome machine is an excellent example of superb engineering. Okay, It's not a space ship. But it would be worthy if needed. I've been in engineering for decades and the common sense design is so refreshing. Simple and Smart. So easy to use and clean.
