My carpet looks great, I especially love the dry only feature as I went over heavy traffic areas several times causing more than normal wetness. Dry feature pulled up all excess water. My carpet was completely dry the next morning.

I bought my cleaner about 8 months ago. It was working fine until the gear mechanism that turns the brush heads failed. have owned several Hoover products but this one was a disappointment.

I bought this cleaner a month ago and have used it three times. It works great. Removes ground in dirt and vacuums the rug almost dry. I love it and am very happy with the purchase. Well worth the money and would highly recommend it.

I want to give this 5 stars, but the hose attachment didn't work. It would not spray even after troubleshooting and priming the sprayer. I couldn't do my stairs or upholstery. Very disappointed.
