We bought this cleaner about a week ago and used it for the first time. The unit did a great job on our carpets. Everything was easy to use. We never had a machine that was so easy to clean after use. Great value!

I was able to clean my carpet on my own. I usually wait for my husband to do this type of work but decided to get on with it myself. It is easy to use and clean. My carpet looks brand new.

I have once's this once since I bought it and it did a wonderful job. This carpet has old stains from before I lived here and the old stains came back when ever I shampooed in the past. They are now gone for good.
