The product is good for giving you the daily vitamin amount but it just didn’t give him the energy he was looking for. The cost isn’t bad and you can get it at any drug store

Centrum 50 +men is excellent with all ingredients needed at 50+ age.I only want that it should be gelatin free and halal / Kosher.
