They are big tablets but can easily be broken in half. No iron, but they do have vitamin K so may not be suitable for those on blood thinners. I have a sensitive stomach so take them with food and have no issues.

Pils are to big

I've chose Centum Silver 50+5 or 6 years ago and I feel that they provide the vitamins I need on a daily basis.. Centrum is a good brand that you can feel confident taking...

Centrum is a name brand that is trusted first, and being over fifty I am still very active and this product gives me the boost I need. Easy to take and no medicine taste either.

The product is good for giving you the daily vitamin amount but it just didn’t give him the energy he was looking for. The cost isn’t bad and you can get it at any drug store

I had to take the men’s because it was more helpful to my heart. I feel that the vitamins made me hungry/hangry all the time and I gained weight. When I stopped taking them I slimmed back down. Weird, but Centrum is a wonderful brand!

I love this product! I️t always applies evenly for me and you only need a little bit to go a long way. I have oily/acne prone skin and I️t didn’t effect that in any way which is great. Overall great product and would recommend to anyone!

First off it came in its own box with the sender, Sams returns. I was skeptical so opened the lid instead of putting on the shelf, glad i did. The seal was pulled back. I am returning this item.
