I was so excited to try the propolis spray after reading Chris Kresser‘s email. I Purchased two bottles. My husband recently developed a bad head cold. He used the spray 4 to 5 times a day starting on the first day when he had a scratchy throat. Unfortunately his symptoms persisted for the usual 10 almost 14 days. Despite his consistent use of propolis, the cold ran it’s usual course. Needless to say we were very disappointed in this first trial. We are willing to try again but not as hopeful.

Love the propolis spray! I buy the 4 pack & give them to my family & grandson for extra protection during the winter months. One family member is on immune suppressant medicine for transplant & it really helps with relief of symptoms of virus, infections, etc.

I work in a hospital - half of my department has been sick. I typically get whatever’s going around especially with work atmosphere and 4 kids. Im happy to report that I haven’t been sick and my kids have not been sick! We will purchase again :honey_pot::yellow_heart::honeybee:

I like that this brand offers natural immunity support in an easy to take form. I will probably buy this before flu season next year. I have not gotten sick this year after taking this brands products despite it being one of the worst seasons I've ever seen.

This fall and winter, for the first time, my voice has been strong and steady and I've experienced no laryngitis - which I believe is directly related to daily use of this product. GREAT stuff!

My daughter-in-law works in the memory unit of an assisted living complex. She constantly has sore throats. At least she did. I gave her a propolis spray bottle. Now at the first sign of a cold or sore throat, she begins spraying the back of her throat, and the soreness goes away! We are very happy with bee propolis. Milly

I was drawn to the concept of this product. Using bee propolis in this manner struck me as extremely innovative and useful. My observation since using this is that we are getting less sick. You might wonder how hard that is to assess in a pandemic that is requiring other precautions, but we unfortunately live in a part of the country that doesn't take Covid very seriously (we are often the only ones wearing masks in the various places we go). Still, we are healthier. I attribute some portion of that to this product and we will continue to use it.

I love this natural immune support. I initially bought it because I had a little sore throat that i would wake up daily with and I wanted to get rid of it completely. I live in a dorm with 100 women from around the world. A few of the women ended up with covid 19 and because we use communal shared spaces, I was concerned for myself. I have to say, I am a true believer in this product. I felt like I had a shield of armor to protect myself. Never got sick!! Better yet, it contains no artificial preservatives, colors, refined sugar, gluten, wheat, yeast, corn, soy, dairy, and eggs.. I am so glad that this high quality product is out there.

This stuff is awesome! While I don’t have scientific proof of immunity I can say I have not even had a cold in the last 2 years while using this! I do 4 sprays in the morning and night. It has also remedied my dry throat problem. Every once in awhile I would get a dryness in the back of my throat and nearly choke coughing before it would go away. It has not happened since using the propolis spray! I will never be without this stuff!
