I use this every day. It is very easy to use and tastes great! I keep one at my house and one in my purse. I love that the sprays come in a 4 pack as well as singles. I do not have kids but I do have a niece and nephew and I am glad that there is a spray just for kids too! Selection and ease, this is the perfect addition to any medicine cabinet.

Taste is great, results speak for themselves I believe, had a sore throat one night and applied that same night, by morning I was in the clear. While a lot of people are getting sick right now during the holidays I've managed to stay healthy adding this to healthy eating habits and being physically active.

Really haven’t noticed a difference in immunity, in fact I’m eat really well and have been taking this daily and still getting sick in this season, and the taste isn’t great, my kids won’t take it and I bought it primarily for them. Other than that, it may be a useful product for others, just didn’t feel much of a difference personally.

This is highly spoken of by the "health advocates" I follow. It is easy to use and tastes fine. I used it for a scratchy throat the other evening and...gone :) I also like to use it before and after my shopping trips. I feel like it prevents any bad bugs from taking advantage.

Unless one is allergic to honey products I’d recommend it to everyone. It’s mild and has a pleasant taste. It’s also soothing irritated areas of throat. It has instructions how often you can use it. But I used a little bit more than that and didn’t have any consequences.

Battling a chronic illness I always have to be on guard. I use the propolis spray whenever I start to feel a little worn down or the slightest tickle in my throat and it does the trick. If I know I am going to be traveling or having a strenuous week I will just add it to my morning routine. It makes me feel good to know that what I am putting in my body is intentional and safe.

My allergies were out of control and I stopped to pick up some cough medicine from Whole Foods. The nice lady working there suggested the throat spray instead of cough medicine. After two months of the annoying cough, from the back of my throat, this stuff worked on the first spray!! I use every night and haven’t used any allergy medicine in weeks! I normally do not write reviews, but this spray is miracle stuff!! Highly recommended!!!

I suffer from terrible allergies (all year round) and I work with people- so I need my immune system to be on point. I have two small kids so getting sick is not an option for me..this spray is amazing. I use it if my throat starts to hurt or if I was around someone sick that day or before bed if im not feeling super great. Love this stuff!

My husband and I use this daily to help bolster our immunity. We are both past our prime, so to speak, so we need all the help we can get. This has really seemed to help because we didnt get the cold my daughter had two weeks ago!! Would recommend to anyone!!!
