As a child I took bee propolis tablets and they tasted terrible! Whenever my siblings and I got sick my father would make us take them to boost our immune system (and it worked!). However, this spray taste so good!! It’s sweet and so easy to use. I highly recommend!

We live in the Deep South of Alabama. This helped me, tremendously, during spring allergies! It especially helped before bed when I get the thick allergy drainage in the back of throat. My husband also uses at night and has found great comfort and relief from drainage.

I’ve been traveling like crazy these past few months and I was really afraid of catching colds on all of the plane flights. This former ER RN tried BN products after hearing Carly on several podcasts. The propolis is the best! Love that everything is natural and thoroughly tested -- they keep you healthy (without drugs or side effects!) and make you feel amazing. The only problem is trying to keep one for yourself -- you'll want to give propolis to everyone you care about.

My kids brought home lovely back to school germs and I’m still holding strong on not being sick when I usually catch everything they bring home. I’ve changed nothing in my daily routine except adding this a few times a day. The taste isn’t wonderful but it’s not bad either. I love that it’s all natural and not full of chemicals. I’ll be ordering more soon!!

This spray really works! I have allergies and wake up coughing, sometimes during the day as well. I use this spray as directed after brushing my teeth, during the day as needed (but usually don’t!) then again at bedtime. It keeps the cough at bay, and lets me sleep and carry on about my day without coughing nearly as much.

This definitely prevented me from getting sick so far this winter! I usually get sick somewhat easily and nasty colds and flus have been going around. Also we traveled to New York recently where it was very cold and lots of people had been sick and we were on an airplane. I took this like 3-4 times a day while on that trip and never got sick! I think it really helps!

I am so happy I found and tried this product. I swear since getting it I haven’t been sick once (prior to I was sick multiple times this year). And when I have felt a cold or sore throat starting to come on I use this and it never turned into a full cold! Love it and will be using for the rest of my life.
