This is highly spoken of by the "health advocates" I follow. It is easy to use and tastes fine. I used it for a scratchy throat the other evening and...gone :) I also like to use it before and after my shopping trips. I feel like it prevents any bad bugs from taking advantage.

I love Propolis and grew up using it so was keen to find a product that worked for me as well as my kids. This spray has been awesome. My kids (1.5 and 3yo) both love it and it's definitely helped them avoid colds as well as get over minor sniffles more quickly this season. I love the size of the spray - perfect for travel or just having it on hand in my handbag for those times when I feel a tingle in my throat. I'm giving it 4 stars only because although I really like the flavour I still find it a bit too sweet for me personally. I prefer a stronger propolis punch.

I work 12 hr shifts in the ER and I use this twice a day religiously! It helps to bring my voice back and protects me during Covid/Flu/Allergy season. It's all natural and tastes great. You can feel your airways opening up after a few mins. I've been using it for over 2 years!

I take this for about a week if there is anyone sick at my job and this has help keep me from getting a cold when it spreads like wildfire once someone gets sick at my job. Gave this to my mother to try when she started getting a small cold and the next day it worked for her her cold was gone in 2 days i take this to work also especially in this pandemic when i will a tingle in my throat I spray it once few times a day and magic love this product taste great also.

I am rarely excited about a product or company, as I am with BN. The propolis spray has kept me cold/flu free for 2 years, I have a bottle on my nightstand, in my car, bag...everywhere. This is a beautiful company, with products that truly make a difference and you have a life time customer in me.

My family is a big fan of this! It is so easy to add to our morning routine as an added immunity support. With all of the sickness flying around, this feels like one small way to protect myself. Initially I was unsure of the taste, but it doesn't linger and is just a strong honey flavor. Will keep this on hand all winter long for sure!

Use it everyday, I have severe allergies doctors have not been able to do much to help with, I started turning to more natural and clean methods of improving my immune system and overall health years ago. On all the reviews and comments, people said it tasted good. I actually really like honey, but this taste nasty. However I can manage 2 sprays a day, so eventually I’ll finish it. I might be seeing any benefits because I am unable to use it according to the directions
