I decided to try the Propolis Spray to be proactive, as I am a massage therapist and obviously work closely with my clients. Bonus to the use of this spray is that I had a really annoying dry cough left over from a cold months ago and it has all but dissapeared after using the spray regularly! This Throat spray is terrific ! I had Cancer and the Radiation for several months which has damaged my throat. This spray is the ONLY thing that soothes my throat so that it is not in so much pain. Bless our bees …. and your company for providing such a great product.

As a child I took bee propolis tablets and they tasted terrible! Whenever my siblings and I got sick my father would make us take them to boost our immune system (and it worked!). However, this spray taste so good!! It’s sweet and so easy to use. I highly recommend!

I was so excited to try the propolis spray after reading Chris Kresser‘s email. I Purchased two bottles. My husband recently developed a bad head cold. He used the spray 4 to 5 times a day starting on the first day when he had a scratchy throat. Unfortunately his symptoms persisted for the usual 10 almost 14 days. Despite his consistent use of propolis, the cold ran it’s usual course. Needless to say we were very disappointed in this first trial. We are willing to try again but not as hopeful.

I started the using the Propolis Spray in the morning when I have a dry throat and found it to provide instant relief. It soothes a sore or scratchy throat immediately with a great taste. It works better than any cough syrup or throat spray that I've tried and it's totally natural. Love it!

Product dispenser stopped working after only a few uses. I rinsed it under warm water to try to clear it out and it still malfunctioned when I sprayed it again. The sprayer is stuck in the down position and I can't spray the product properly. Didn't notice anything from the use I got out of it, but won't be repurchasing.

So appreciative of being able to find such a high quality product. It is our new family go-to for preventative nature-based health care. It's February in a high flu year and so far this propolis has taken care of all cold symptoms at their first showing. Also, yum.

I use this spray all the time. More often when my little kids are showing signs of a cold. I have tried to get them to use it (they are 2 & 4) but no luck yet. I love it & have been using it 2 years. I feel my cold symptoms are less (esp compared with husband who does not use my spray) & I am more resistant. Plus, it tastes good. Bonus.
