I've been using raw honey for years for everything from cuts and burns and illness. For the past 3 years, I've had at least one sinus infection (last year and the year before 2-3!). This year I started using the propolis spray in October with one or two applications in a day. I've increased to three or four applications during these colder months and have had no infections and hardly any stuffiness. I recommend it to everyone I meet!

This product not only tastes great but also works wonders! At first, I bought it to sooth my throat after I teach a large class. It worked instantly. Then I decided to try it on my sore throat when I had the flu. I sprayed my throat with it right before bed and the pain was much more manageable so I had a great sleep! My son has severe allergies and asthma. During the change of seasons he really suffers and has to take a lot of medication. This season he has had to take no medication at all. I finally decided that it tastes exactly like Chloraseptic spray. It definitely hits the throat nicely and coats everything. I woke up in the middle of the night with a scratchy throat and have been hoarse today. Perhaps this product is not the best fit for me. Sad, since I bought 4 bottles!
