I started taking this at the beginning of the winter after reading rave reviews about what it did for other’s immune systems. I bought a family pack and had my 3 children take it also, and I can honestly say that with the exception of a sinus infection, we were entirely free of any sicknesses the entire winter! I strongly believe the propolis is a huge contributor and I will not go with out it! I strongly recommend it for adults and children alike!
