As the only verified purchase (as of Dec 2025), trust my review of the taste: yuck! lol As for the effectiveness…I dunno, I’m just using it preventatively with people around me getting sick and I’ve only used it for a couple days. I’ll update my review if I start to feel a sickness coming on to see if it keeps it away or lessens it if I do end up sick.
