I love the natural ingredients in the spray and the health benefits. It tasted better than the other spray I used because of the honey. This is something I would buy in the winter when I feel a cold is coming on.

I have been using the throat spray for 6 weeks now and have noticed that I'm not picking up a cold at all or a very mild version. I will keep using this Propolis spray!
