I honestly use this more for prevention than once I get sick so not sure how effective since no way to gage, but it tastes fantastic and knock on wood, I'm not sick!

I am very impressed with this little bottle of Propolis Spray, if I feel a sore throat coming on, I spritz 4 sprays into my throat. So far, I have not had one cold develop. This is now a very certain go-to for me.
