I have a cold and use this propolis throat spray. It has a sweet, honey like taste. I think it helped me feel better, although there are no conclusive studies that show propolis has actual benefits, but I will give it the benefit of the doubt.

This throat spray has been a game changer! Anytime I have a scratchy throat, just a few sprays and GONE. When I did get a cold it really helped get me through. I love this spray :honeybee:
