Started taking this in the Fall. Following the directions - 2 squirts twice a day, to boost my immune health. Made it through the whole winter without getting sick, even when everyone else was. Tastes great too.

I love this spray. I use it every night before bed and any other time my throat feels dry. My opinion only is that the honey in this product adds to my immune support. I wouldn’t “bee” without it. Just buy it and see for yourself.

My son and I have been using this for a couple of months now. While we have both had a cold, the duration has been shortened and we have not been coughing as much! I will stick with it!!
