About a week ago I started to feel something coming on, so I started spraying this several times a day for a couple of days and whatever it was never ended up sticking! I am definitely pleased with my purchase!

I like that this immune support comes in an easy to take throat spray because I really don’t like taking pills and feel like gummy’s are not effective. I do notice improved throat health however the flavor is not the best but dissipates quickly.
