It has helped me to ward off colds in cold and flu season. It’s helped my husband get much-needed relief from his tight chest in his allergy seasons. And my friends love it when I have given them away as little surprise gifts!

This stuff is wonderful! I woke up with a scratchy throat so I sprayed it with my propolis. Next morning it was gone. With 4 kids I’m keeping this on hand now.

I am not a fan of the taste but it’s worth it if it keeps me from getting sick. So far this season I haven’t caught anything working in a school taking this and elderberry. When it arrived it leaked in the packaging.
