I’ve been using the propolis spray daily, and have managed to avoid my usually airport travel sickness and the flu that seems to be going around my office.

I haven't tried this for myself, I gave it to 3 of my children and put them in their stockings. They all tried it and said the taste was good, they are adult children! I need to buy one for myself to try.

I love this product. It is so nice to have it anytime on the go. Especially right now during allergy season. The taste of it is somewhat sweet put does have that faint after punch of something medicine like.

I am glad it’s a good supplement in addition to other cold medicines or treatments. It tastes good and quick sprays. Honestly I was taking many other things to alleviate the symptoms I am not sure of its efficacy.
