I use this Propolis spray every day to stay healthy and if my throat is a little sore I spay the Propolis spray again and it feels better right away!!! It also tastes very good!!

This product is easy to use and tastes good. I intensified use of it recently when I started to feel like I was getting sick, and between that and elderberry that I take, I definitely feel it helped my immune system!
