I am hopeful that this will relieve any allergy issues with my throat.i can have a dry hacking cough. Pills get stuck in my throat and I choke on them

Not sure why, but after using for two weeks, both my son and I got really sick. We took a break to recover and tried again. We have gotten sick again. Can we be allergic to something?
