I love this spray, especially for this time of year. I typically do 4 quick sprays in the morning after I brush my teeth. I travel for work almost daily and I want to stay healthy so adding this small bottle to my bag takes up no space and keeps me healthy.

The propolis throat spray is my go to the minute i feel a scratch and i use it and the propolis nasal spray and the honey with propolis every day as a preventative as well as good health maintenance. Beekeepers Naturals products all taste good and feel good, especially the nasal spray, no stinging or burning, and clears out my sinuses pronto!

I can't say enough good things about this spray. Ever since I had a hysterectomy because of an aggressive ovarian tumor I am trying to replace as much as I can with natural safe products. I love this natural immune support. I initially bought it because I had a little sore throat that i would wake up daily with and I wanted to get rid of it completely. I live in a dorm with 100 women from around the world. A few of the women ended up with covid 19 and because we use communal shared spaces, I was concerned for myself. I have to say, I am a true believer in this product. I felt like I had a shield of armor to protect myself. Never got sick!! Better yet, it contains no artificial preservatives, colors, refined sugar, gluten, wheat, yeast, corn, soy, dairy, and eggs.. I am so glad that this high quality product is out there.

I have not ever used propolis spray before so I was not sure what to expect. I can’t say if it’s helping one way or the other For sure , but I have not been sick yet this season and that is pretty unusual for me. No cold, nothing. Even when surrounded by a bunch of sickos!
