I used this product before, but different brand. I I found this one is really good; I sing in a choir, and I am constantly talking to pepple, so my throat gets irritated, is painful sometimes, I carry the spray propolis with me all the times, and I use it when I need it to relief the discomfort. How do you know if an immunity booster is actually working? All I can tell you is that over Christmas I was around my 1 year old granddaughter who had a cold. I was using this product at the time and 16 days later I’m just now finally starting to feel better. So I can’t say it helped boost my immunity. It has a great flavor if you like honey.

The shipping took a while, but it was worth the wait! It came in the day I was leaving for a 3-week trip to volunteer at a refugee camp. During that time I was on numerous flights and daily public transit with lotss of new germs. Never got sick! Even on some evenings when I didn't feel great (from the cold and lack of sleep), I would spray 4 times and go to bed...then wake up feeling fine. I've continued to use since returning home, and even gifted bottles to two relatives. Highly recommend for immune support!

I use this product daily. It really came in handy when our air quality went off the carts bad due to all the wild fires in our surrounding areas this summer. I was reaching for it for relief and it did that very quickly. Something so simple and so effective.

I really love using this over a chemical throat spray! It tastes better, it makes my scratchy throat feel better and is perfect for the transition from summer to fall, when the windows are open at night. If I am feeling a little under the weather I use this spray and it helps even me out again.
