Thankfully haven't had to use this because I felt something coming on or had a scratchy throat but I'm hoping this stuff is part of the reason I haven't had those issues. Won't live without this stuff ever!!! Love it SO much and my son loves it too. He's only 19 months and every time I give him his sprays he asks for more :)

This spray really works! I have allergies and wake up coughing, sometimes during the day as well. I use this spray as directed after brushing my teeth, during the day as needed (but usually don’t!) then again at bedtime. It keeps the cough at bay, and lets me sleep and carry on about my day without coughing nearly as much.

I like how this product is easy to take and how the bottles are small enough to travel with. I was able to stay healthy while many people around me had bad colds over the holidays and while doing traveling in Europe. It's hard to prove whether this product was the main reason I didn't get sick, but I'm going to keep taking it through the winter because it seems to be helping in some way to stay healthy!

I was so excited to try the propolis spray after reading Chris Kresser‘s email. I Purchased two bottles. My husband recently developed a bad head cold. He used the spray 4 to 5 times a day starting on the first day when he had a scratchy throat. Unfortunately his symptoms persisted for the usual 10 almost 14 days. Despite his consistent use of propolis, the cold ran it’s usual course. Needless to say we were very disappointed in this first trial. We are willing to try again but not as hopeful.

I have used the bee propolis throat spray to ward off two bouts of illness. I often succumb to the "thing that is going around". It starts with that annoying tickle and progresses from there. No matter how much water, juice with echinacea drops I drink, nothing worked like this product. I will buy this product again.

I had my tonsils taken out in 2017 (as an adult) so my throat is extremely sensitive and can feel like I’m swallowing glass during allergy season. This spray has literally saved my life! A few squirts each day and I have not had a scratchy throat once! I just ordered a few more bottles and shared with my mom. A must have!

This product not only tastes great but also works wonders! At first, I bought it to sooth my throat after I teach a large class. It worked instantly. Then I decided to try it on my sore throat when I had the flu. I sprayed my throat with it right before bed and the pain was much more manageable so I had a great sleep! I definitely would recommend it to anyone!

When you're allergic to tree pollen and live in the southern United States as I do, life can be pretty difficult in the spring. We are in the midst of the spring pollen season right now, and I have found the Propolis spray to be a big help in easing the symptoms of my pollen allergies. Just using five sprays of the Propilis in my throat takes away the soreness within seconds, and my throat is fine for the rest of the day. Glad that I discovered the Propolis spray. I keep one spray bottle at home and one in my purse.

Working in a school building that houses approximately 2700 teenagers means that my body is constantly battling numerous colds, viruses and bacterial funk on any given day. Therefore, over the years I have compiled a go-to arsenal of immune boosting supplements to support my health and BKN propolis spray has recently become a welcome addition! I love the convenience of the spray bottle - great for my purse, my office drawer and my home! Btw, I adore the Save the Bees tote (you should think about adding some t-shirt options as well)!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm new using BKN products. So far,, the throat spray has soothed 1 sore scratchy throat. I don't get sick often, largely because I use this product (and others) preventatively during sick season. Definitely a must for your arsenal of prevention!
