This spray is wonderful! Recently I had a sore throat and after a couple of sprays I had some relief. Great for trips or even when you’re in loud areas and find yourself speaking louder than normal, and you get that annoying tickle in your throat. Works great!

The bottle was smaller than expected. Instruction says to spray in the throat 4 times. I don’t know why I was expecting tasteless liquid but there was definitely a strong taste, not exactly the yummy honey taste. Caught me off guard and took me a minute to get used to it. But I’m all about natural healthy immunity boost so I’ll keep using it, not sure if it would be something I would reach for always though.

My family is a big fan of this! It is so easy to add to our morning routine as an added immunity support. With all of the sickness flying around, this feels like one small way to protect myself. Initially I was unsure of the taste, but it doesn't linger and is just a strong honey flavor. Will keep this on hand all winter long for sure!

I spray a few drops whenever I wake up feeling like I may be coming down with something - or even if my allergies are acting up. I immediately feel a wave of relief in my throat.
