I use this every day. It is very easy to use and tastes great! I keep one at my house and one in my purse. I love that the sprays come in a 4 pack as well as singles. I do not have kids but I do have a niece and nephew and I am glad that there is a spray just for kids too! Selection and ease, this is the perfect addition to any medicine cabinet.

I ordered this thinking it would be useful when traveling. However, I ended up getting sick (possibly the flu) a few days after placing my order. This spray helped my sore/scratchy throat. I believe that taking a few other quality supplements and this proplolis spray helped me get back to feeling better quickly.

This will become a winter staple in my house. Everyone needs a little immune support this time of year! What a delicious way to get it. It has a slightly honey taste and soothes a sore throat after being outside or when you start to feel the tickle.

I have no doubts that it works, but I’m giving it 4 stars because I definitely feel like you cannot solely rely on this product when getting sick—it’s to be used as a helpful supplement, but not to replace vitamins and other remedies. Either way, I will most likely be repurchasing.

I used it when I felt a cold coming on and it worked amazing. I still spray in the morning to keep colds away. I work in an office that seems to have at least someone sick so it's really helped me fight off the colds. I'm so glad I heard about this on wellness mama. It's one of my favorite podcasts.

Whenever my throat starts feeling scratchy I start using it and it knocks out whatever is attacking me. I like having it by my bed at night so I can use it if I wake up in the night with a dry throat. Especially at this time of year it’s great to have on hand.

Got this just in time before traveling and then being around a houseful of sick people! I spray every morning and then maybe once again later in the day. I have repelled the sore throat/congestion stuff that was going on. Really feel healthy! My 3 year old grandaughter asks for "bee spray" when she is over...and she goes "mmm" and smiles!

I have a lot of sinus drainage due to allergies and a few sprays at bedtime definitely helps soothe my throat which means I can fall asleep faster. Taste is great and doesn’t linger forever. No “medicine” taste. Highly recommend you try it if any throat/allergy symptoms and/or ongoing issues.
