I started getting a sore throat a few weeks ago and after one spray in the back of my throat, it was gone. Also my sinus allergies cleared up after only a couple of sprays. I had never heard of propolis before even though I enjoy honey. I was happy to give it a try. This is the perfect time of year for this healthy product! It's ingredients are clean and taste is good. It's easy to spray into my mouth. I don't know the effects because I don't know if I'd be sick of I hadn't been using it. I only wish it was cheaper so I could keep using it!
