I've been doing this throat spray everyday for the last two years and I kid you not, I've been sick maybe twice and the cold only lasts 2 days at most. Anytime I am out and about, I do a couple of sprays to fight against possible COVID exposure. Also have had some nausea in the morning and when the gaging without food in my stomach happens, my throat is a little raw. the propolis spray really helps sooth my throat.

I recently had to do a fairly intense two day vocal recording session. I felt like I was coming down with a bit of a cold a couple of days before. I started using this throat spray immediately and several times a day throughout my session, and my vocals have never sounded better. I honestly could not do without this spray. You don't need to be a singer to derive benefit from it. Everyday talking takes a toll on your voice. This stuff is magic!
