This spray was easy to use. It didn't taste bad, but I had a hard time getting used to the spray. My husband tried it, too, with the same reaction. We both couldn't handle spraying the propolis in our mouth and not thinking it would taste bad. I did find the further I got the spray to my throat, the better it was. The benefits were excellent, but I would only recommend it to someone who can deal with the spray.

Wow, I am honestly addicted to this product. Four sprays each morning have become a wonderful part of my morning routine along with my coffee. The taste and feeling of the spray is intense and healing. This is a product that is now a daily boost to my energy. Try it, you will like it.

I love Propolis! I kept 2 for myself and gave 2 for a gift. I use it daily and I credit it for helping me not get sick. My daughter has autoimmune diseases and picks up viruses easily. She feels she has protected herself better using Propolis. She may feel like she is coming down with something but it does not take hold. I will be ordering more!

I don’t have enough good things to say about it! Anytime our family gets a hint of feeling sick. We start spraying everyone with the bee spray! I have read about the health benefits of using raw honey and propolis for immune health. The bee propolis spray is easy to use, is soothing and doesn’t taste bad at all.
