[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was asked by Influencer to try this product in return for my honest and unbiased opinion Seale's Patterson II posturepedics plus spring ultra firm has to be the most comfortable mattress I have ever been able to lay my body on. Just having to have emergency hamstring reattachment surgery to where I was laid up in bed for almost 6 weeks I was so afraid that I wouldn't be comfortable and not be able to get any rest to heal. That couldn't have been further from the truth. This mattress is firm and holds my body. I don't "sink in" like foam mattresses. It has just enough give in the padding on the very top so that you know you're not laying on " a board". I can only be comfortable being on firm mattresses and this is extremely helpful to my back and to my recovery for my hamstring. I wouldn't give this mattress up if God himself asked me for it. This mattress is that good and it's beautiful!.

The mattress is pretty thick, so you will need bed sheets with deep pockets. If you are looking for a more firm mattress that has really great quality, I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone in need of more support for their body when sleeping. It gives a luxurious and comfortable cozy feeling while you have to end your day. Pros: Excellent firmness, good spinal support, sleeps cool, durable structure. Cons: Too firm for most side sleepers, minimal pressure relief, may feel uncomfortably stiff for lighter people. I have back pain and this is by far a best investment. Have recommended to my friends and they love it.

The mattress itself is well-made and seems durable, but it was too firm for my needs. The description of ultra-firm is 100% accurate. It was like sleeping on top of a blanket laid on concrete. The true issue was the horrible support for the return process. I spent literal hours on the phone and emailing Sam's support, getting pick up scheduled, etc. And even after pickup the credit took 15 calendar days (10 business days) before it happened, and it only happened after I emailed and called AGAIN after not recieving the credit in the 5-7 business days that were originally estimated.
