[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Labs exfoliating razor is a quick and smooth shaving machine. The razor is made of quality and extra durable materials. The weight of the razor alone shows what type of shave you are about to experience. One of my favorite features is the trim line detailer. It gets down and trims out the areas where the lowest setting beard trimmer does not reach. The travel case and countertop stand that comes with it are very convenient and sleek looking. I would highly recommend this razor for your every day shaving needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor is amazing. It shaves so well and far better than any other one I've owned. Gillette definitely did not cheap out on this one. The build is very solid and the stand has a good weight to it. The metal on the razor and on the stand has a great color and shine, but doesn't hold on to fingerprints at all, which is great. The exfoliating bar works a lot better than I thought it would, far better than a normal razor. Overall, it's my go to razor and I'm sure I'll be using it for a while

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a Gillette fan. I have used their razor products since puberty. Overall this is a good razor and I'm a fan. It gives a good shave and it's a quality Gillette product. The razor handle is well balanced and feels weighted enough to be substantial. It's attractive and minimal. The product stands well in the base and looks decent on my medicine cabinet shelf. I don't really have a need for the travel case, but it's a nice perk. I think I prefer my previous Gillette razor blades a little more than this bad with the exfoliating edge, but I really like the look and durability of this product. I'd give this 5 stars for look and 4 stars for the shave, 4.5 stars overall.

At some point I have tried all of the Gillette razors... At one time ProGlide was my favorite... Then I switched to Skinguard because it is the most comfortable shave out there; however, you sacrifice closeness for comfort. So this one had a lot of marketing hype and I tried it. The shave is close, albeit not as comfortable as Skinguard, and I personally think the exfoliating bar is just a gimmick. It is not a bad razor, I just wouldn't call it outstanding. It says one blade will last 30 days, we'll see. I will use all three blades and then decide what I'm going to do from there. I do like the sturdy handle. I do hope at some point technology will allow for the comfort of Skinguard coupled with the closeness of this razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GilletteLabs razor is a phenomenally engineered piece of work. The articulating hinge that holds the blades is spring assisted so it rides along the contour of your face regardless of your hand or wrist position. The stand that comes with this model is a nice heavy disc and looks classy on the sink counter. Overall Its a fantastic design and would have been a perfect score if not for one fairly significant slip up on execution. The blades themselves, (at least on the one I have) simply arent sharp enough for my taste. Im not certain where theses blades are sourced; but I experienced a fair bit of follicle pulling and some rough gliding that I dont normally notice on other blades made in germany. I really wanted to love this razor and I certainly would revisit the design if the blade issue is improved.
