We tried it for the first time last night. It took longer than expected, but we realized that we had the thickness way too high. The taste of the slush was awesome and the clean up process wasn't bad at all.

Machine was very easy to use. Quickly froze, both fruit juice and bottled beverages, within an hour, even when they were warm. The cleanup is incredibly easy and the machine so far has worked wonderfully.

We've not had the chance to use our Slush-Ease Max machine just yet. However. We happy with the quality and packaging. We know once we do get to use it, it will be awesome.

Frustrated because we were so excited to use this. See it up following instructions, letting it sit upright for the 2 hrs and everything and first use received the temperature sensor error.
