Overall we have been using thia everyday but find that thw slush builds up and gets stuck. It will not come out of the spout. But we are still learning.

My machine is pink, so correct model number is RJ62-20A-PNK. This model number was not listed on the warranty submission page, so I chose white as a placeholder.

Product is great. However, all warranty information should be prgrammed into the QR code the user should not have to look all over the box or product for model information.

I do not believe it worked as well as it's supposed to.It starts to slush, and then before it even gets slushy, it starts to melt.If you put it anywhere higher than five, it heats up.So it doesn't freeze and never freezers correctly.

I bought two of the Chema slushi machine. One for my church and one for me. I love these machines. They are easy to use and the prices were magnifico. I would recommend them to anyone.

Relatively easy to use so far - occasionally have a hard time getting slushy out. Cleaning can take some time to do it properly but end product is good.

This is a great machine. Used it to make margaritas for our annual Christmas party and it was a huge hit. The setting for cocktails needed a little adjusting but found the perfect one. I highly recommend.

Just tried it out with apple juice and gatorade. Followed booklet. apple juice turned out great. the gatorade was too cold and wouldn’t come out of the dispenser. it was frozen to metal part. Ended up taking apart and dumping from tank.

I just got my slushy machine set up and made my first slushy. Set up was very easy and making a slushy was pretty quick too. Can’t wait to try other recipes.

Frustrated because we were so excited to use this. See it up following instructions, letting it sit upright for the 2 hrs and everything and first use received the temperature sensor error.
