Love how it chills any liquid into a slush delight. Unit has a clean cycle, but instructions for an extra rinse might be a good idea. Clean cycle calls for soapy water then drain. A rinse takes away any leftover suds. But works great so I bought two; one for home and one for the office!

The machine is satisfactory, but it has two notable issues: a knocking noise and the auger detaching from the cooling cylinder. As a result, I have to pour the drink into a pitcher, fix the auger back onto the cooling cylinder, and pour the drink back into the machine.

Got this as a gift. Well crafted, easy to use, simple yet high quality process and end result. I’d recommend this slush maker to anyone who loves a nice cold beverage. Especially grateful to have this after years of attempting to chop up ice cubes in a blender (mostly unsuccessfully), or even in putting cubes in a plastic bag and smashing them with a kitchen implement. IceMan rules!

I love it cleanups just a little rough and also pouring the liquid into the little container on top is hard. I make a mess every single time because if you pour a little too fast, it starts to overflow. For little things it’s not worth the mess unless you plan on having others over.

The instructions could be a little clearer. When we first used ours and set it to slushy with 5 bars for thickness it wasn't thick enough so we raised the bars to 7 but it immediately said it was ready again. So we had to change the setting to cocktails and raise the bars and it finally got to the thickness we wanted.

The whole family is enjoying them! We purchased 2 so one could mix cocktails and the other kids slushies. It’s a big hit! Set up out of the box was simple. You just have to wait 2 hours before using so the refrigerant can settle which is fine because it gives you plenty of time to do the initial clean down and read the instructions. Pretty simple. I like how it continuously keeps the drinks frozen in the machine until ready to pour. You can make your drinks ahead of time before your get together starts and not have to worry about it. I do not have a big kitchen but even with two machines side by side it’s fits fine. So glad we went with this pair.

When I first use this slush machine, I wasn’t to sure about it at first. But to my surprise it came out how a slushy should come out, and the flavor wasn’t that bad either and to make any soda slush taste sweeter you just need to add some sugar in there to make it better. This took about a good 30 minutes to finish and the results were amazing. Overall love this slush machine?

I have been making sluhies at work and it's a hit. Cleaning the machine is easy using the built-in defrost/clean function. I was able to slush sodas without having the machine tell me I needed to add sugar. But certain juices will require adding some sugar. When adding more sugar to the drink, you will need to adjust the thickness. I recommend experimenting with the thickness level for different drinks and writing it down for future reference. Everyone at work is impress with the machine!

Great little machine & looks to be well engineered. First job, Coke slushie made without a hitch. Second job now making a fruit juice slushie. About 10 minutes in, it threw a two bars compressor error. Unit was stored upright from previous use, so freon coolant couldn't be the problem. Did a restart and everything working well so far.

A slushie fan, I’m super excited to have this. I appreciate the troubleshooting tips because there is certainly a learning on curve to “will it slush”. If it’s too thick it doesn’t dispense very well and basically comes out in chunks. I highly recommend reading the booklet it comes with. Also, the plastic does stain depending on what you put into it. The very first thing I used was V8 Fruit Splash and it already stained the plastic. Though that may say more about the juice then the plastic.
