Got a black one for the hubby for Christmas, have used it several times and although it has beeped and given an error code a couple times after it had been started, we simple hit the power button off and on and started it back up and then it ran for hours without any issues. I think you have to be very careful to keep it upright and not tip it too much when moving it around and let it sit level for a while before using it. We like it so much I had to buy a pink one too, so we can have two different options going at once. You do usually have to add water to pre-mixed drinks (we usually just do half mix/ half water (think of the water as the ice cubes you would be adding if mixing in a blender instead) takes about 20-30 minutes and the per...
