But I just tried to use it last night and it stopped working in the middle of the shake like making a milkshake and we can't get it back to work. We troubleshoot it and unplugged it for a little bit to reset it. We cleaned it and it's still not working

I brought the machine on 1/10/2026 and have used three time since the first day brought was not disappointed at all. I tried a bottle of sweet wine blueberry flavored and would not turn until slushy unless I add juice to the mix. That’s is the only thing i was to happy with so far , but for most part the price was perfect for my home bar.

I absolutely love the Chefman slushy machine. It’s an amazing machine and works really quickly. A regular slushy is ready in about 15 minutes, which honestly surprised me. The alcoholic slushies do take longer and require a little practice to get the mixture right. I learned pretty quickly not to fill it to the max line and to use less alcohol at first—then you can always add more later once it freezes properly. We also tried making a frappe in the morning, and it is now my favorite way to have coffee. Smooth, icy, and café-quality right at home. Overall, this machine is fun, easy to use once you get the hang of it, and totally worth it. Highly recommend!

When I first use this slush machine, I wasn’t to sure about it at first. But to my surprise it came out how a slushy should come out, and the flavor wasn’t that bad either and to make any soda slush taste sweeter you just need to add some sugar in there to make it better. This took about a good 30 minutes to finish and the results were amazing. Overall love this slush machine?

The instructions could be a little clearer. When we first used ours and set it to slushy with 5 bars for thickness it wasn't thick enough so we raised the bars to 7 but it immediately said it was ready again. So we had to change the setting to cocktails and raise the bars and it finally got to the thickness we wanted.

This machine is great plug-and-play usage. But you do need to understand sugar content and alcohol content and how it affects ice and freezing. That's the only downside. Honestly, I kinda wish it was a little more thoughtless and easy to use as it concerns mixes.

First impression is disappointing, we tried to use it but immediately got an error message that the motor was broken

It was easy to set up and to use. Still figuring out the settings. It wants to get too cold too fast.
