Just received the product a few days ago but we are very pleased with it. We have made margaritas and ice cream!

Very often the gate comes off the spigot when you pull the handle and dumps the contents onto the floor.

Works as advertised and cocktails are always perfect! I love that the machine keeps drinks frozen for 12 hours.

Died after 3 months. Nearly 3 months later still waiting on response from Customer Support. Will never buy a Chefman product again.

Not sure yet until I try this replacement. Prior unit did not function properly Registration was easy

These things are awesome. Easy to refill fast slushie no blender noice bags of ice simple and easy. Also easy clean up and storage

The product is ok, easy to use but keep having issues with it giving us an error and it is only a couple months old.

Getting ready to use it 1st time tomorrow. Very well built. Initial cleaning was easy. This is one of the main reasons I bought it.

It's not working properly brought for my husband birthday as a gift. I dont know if it has a defect but it isn't working efficiently.

Honestly I have not used it yet, it was recommended to me; therefore I purchased as a gift for my daughter
