My machine is pink, so correct model number is RJ62-20A-PNK. This model number was not listed on the warranty submission page, so I chose white as a placeholder.

Love the easy cleaning and large capacity. I dislike that it leaks from the tray below and the cleaning function makes no sense because it's easier to take it apart and clean it

It was super easy to use. It comes with instructions on how to make the perfect slushies, so we used that and everything came out perfectly! We also accidentally spilled a lot of orange juice and the catcher was a lifesaver.

Super simple to use. Kids make frozen hot chocolate or milkshakes daily. I use more for adult beverages. Happy with this purchase and would purchase again if we needed.

I made frozen hot chocolate as the first drink in my Slush-Eaze Max. I selected the milkshake option and selected the highest setting. It didn't not get thick as I feel it should have. It was just a slightly thicker milk.

We wanted a slushie machine and were shopping around. Chefman was at a good price point. We are not disappointed. We use the machine a lot and are happy with it. Easy to clean. Definetly recommend.

Did half a batch so 32 oz and it's started making slush almost straight away and now about 15 minutes in and it's a slushy so working great, little noisy but not a deal breaker. Will be buzzing soon enough lol.

Was a little concerned after first getting a defective unit. Tried it a couple of times and it never froze any liquid. Had to pack it back up and head back into town (30 miles each way) to exchange it.

I love everything about the slush machine except there is a lip in the plastic tank where juice has gotten in and mold has grown. We cannot get it out at all. This part of the design should be sealed.

I have used the slushy machine 3-4 times now with great results. I am still playing with different settings to get the right consistency, however the guidance in the user guide helps a lot.
