It is working great. We are enjoying it tremendously. We love it. I have 1 concern with the unit. I noticed it this evening. I am including a picture regarding the issue. I will be contacting you shortly regarding this issue.

We have only had the opportunity to make a couple of concoctions in the machine since we purchased it but they turned out perfectly once we nailed down the correct settings.

This thing is a little bigger than you imagine it's more like an appliance on your kitchen counter but I've used it six or seven times now with good results. It's 16 oz minimum added to make a batch. Love it so far.

Enjoying slushies in the heat when it's muggy. In order to get the slushie type (consistency) we like, we use the Cocktail setting. We found the Slushie setting not up to expectations

We only used it once so far and made orange crushed soda slushy. I feel it melted really fast in the glass cups that we used. We’re going to invest in some foam cup and lids to hopefully minimize the fast melting.

The first run, I didn't realize that the slushie selection wouldn't work for a boozy drink. Hey, there's a button for cocktail. The slushie selection must be the kids button.

It's okay. I was a little disappointed the slush came out clumpy rather than smooth. But I'll keep trying different settings to see if I can get it ideal.

We love the machine. It makes PERFECT slushies, smoothies etc. Our only issue is trying to figure out the correct sugar amount. Other than that we love it.

Machine worked well. I am used to using a blender for pina coladas, so my pina coladas were really sweet since I didn't add any water to replace ice I would have used in a blender.

Well I cannot make any calls right now good or bad as I am following the instructions of letting it sit for two hours before use to let the refrigerant settle. I was just taking care of this while in the holding pattern.
