Slushie gets stuck on the spout when pouring on a cup need to poke the slushie from the spout opening

Stopped working after third use

Had on for over an hour and drinks NEVER GOT SLUSHIE. I returned to store after several uses but machine never turned liquids into slushies.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it.

It’s not worth the money it’s false advertising it would not freeze at all
