Was easy to set up clean and start! Instructions were pretty spot on and the conversion chart was easy to read!

Just got it and it seems to be great

Works so well. We made frozen mimosas and had a fun night.  It was so nice not to have to work the machine all night.

I have always wanted a slushy machine, when they were having a promotion I could not pass it up. I am excited to have my appliance for the Holidays!!

Listened/read through  to all the notices of what to do before first use and the recipe guidelines so hopefully no ice blocks

In process of using for the first time

It has been giving me some issues I just got it today and it hasn’t been able to give me a slushy and now it’s giving me a 2 line error

I’ve done everything correctly but it keeps giving me a two line error and I just bought it today

I’ve used it a few times now but only on the slushy setting. Looking forward to trying out the other ones soon.

This machine happened to be on sale, so I took a chance on it...despite being a huge Ninja supporter! I used this machine twice! On the 3rd time, lights started blinking. I tried restarting it, same thing. Looked in the manual and found that the lights were indicating that the motor was no longer working! Maybe a lesson for straying away from the Ninja products? ha. Anyways, buy with caution! My children are very disappointed!
