The guide have all the instructions someone can need for a first use. In my opinion the instructions are easy to follow steps and if people read them properly no one should have any problem.

I absolutely love my Chefman! It’s so easy to use and makes cooking faster and more enjoyable. The design is user-friendly, cleanup is simple, and it has definitely improved my everyday meals. Highly recommend it!

Although I love the machine itself, there is an area in the tank that is impossible to clean. I feel the company should either provide a tool for cleaning this area or seal the area to avoid bacteria. I feel the tank is unsafe to us as is .

I've only had it for a few days but so far this is one awesome machine, well worth having in you kitchen or rec room I will have a lot of people buying one of these after they try what comes out of this awesome machine.

So far my experience has not been good bc i purchased this Slishy machine on Sept 11th & i have yet to be able to use it. Everytime I try it starts then i get the red triangle warning which says it’s temperature sensor error code.

It was easy to use. The only thing is if the slushees would not liquify so quick after putting in a cup. Need to put out in a metal cup to stay colder. Really like the product though.

The Chefman product is almost too easy to use, the fact that I can just poor a can a coke into it and get a coke slush in a matter of 10 minutes is pretty crazy to me, I love my Chefman slushy machine.
