I like the machine, it is just a little hard to clean. Heavy (just as you would think)! I made a slush on day one, a few instructions on the different levels will help others. The thickness level is very accurate. Don't make it too thick.

I am disappointed in the results, the machine doesn't freeze enough for the liquid to get slushie, it runs for maybe 15 minutes and then shuts down with an error warning.

Works great with frozen drinks and slushies. Wine slushie wasn’t great cause the wine wasn’t very sweet. Haven’t tried shakes yet. Looking for some good recipes to try.

I like my machine just fine however, I wish there were exact recipes included in the manual for the different items you can make. Is there a resource available?

Temp sensor came on about 5-minutes after I started machine - 1st time out of the box!!! Been sitting upright for weeks…turned off and back on again…we'll see.

My wife got this for me as a gift and it has been such a joy to use! Well explained instructions along with ease of use and cleaning makes this a wonderful addition to any kitchen!

We purchased after having a slushie made with the same model at our grandsons birthday party. Will be a great addition to our coffee bar and for summertime at the cottage with all the family

I like the slush and ability to make milkshakes with my slushies Max. It was a present and it took me 3 months to actually pull it out of the box. I am loving it. My strawberry milkshake turned out delicious. It is also easy to clean.

Only gave it 4 stars because I've only used it a few times. So far I love it. Cleanup is easy. Wish they had included more recipes, but I can probably find those online.

I have to put some water in it and keep adhusting it to make sure there are no leaks. I used it twice and both times i hod to refill it becausebit leaked out.
