Touchscreen was loose and hard to press proper selection but everything else has been good so far.

We had a hard time figuring out how to clean it, but good after we understood how it came apart.

I love the machine it works so good. Quick and easy!

Only downside is it doesn't work well with making frappes. Unless I'm doing it wrong.
