I’ve done everything correctly but it keeps giving me a two line error and I just bought it today

It has been giving me some issues I just got it today and it hasn’t been able to give me a slushy and now it’s giving me a 2 line error

My ice man isn't slushing anything up and it keeps telling me it's done when things are still loose liquid
