I didn’t need a break-in period with this mattress. It was perfect from the first night. I have now had it sbout a week and I haven’t had any pain or stiffness. Its the perfect firmess (medium). It feels like you’re sinking into it when you lie on it. You don’t roll off the edges. It requires deep-pocketed sheets/mattress protector.

I have only slept on it 2 nights so far but I slept really well. I am looking forward to perfecting my night time rest on this mattress.

I caught summer cold prior to getting this thing delivered and the delivery service was impeccable. They offered to remove my old bed but my sister has need of a guest bed so I’m giving it to her but it’s a nice touch with services. The two guys were really friendly and delivered it where I asked, up a flight of stairs with no problem. And this sucker is NOT light! I was definitely nervous about having people deliver in my home but it was a very pleasant experience. In order to accommodate the new mattress I had to first build a dresser and a bed frame for the shared space but since I was sick, this giant mattress was confined to standing up on its nice thick 16” side (wow). Still, I wasn’t prepared for just HOW thick that was once on my 12” no box spring frame. My old mattress had two pillow toppers and was still much shorter. I don’t hate the extra height one bit; sliding into bed is even better now! After a long day of prepping to finally get it into a functional bed? All I had the energy for was showering and tucking into the newly made bed and WOW. Just… WOW. I was feeling some pretty severe back pain crawling into bed but it seemed to melt away within minutes of just lying there. The support is just phenomenal! Even when turning when aches tend to be more telling, no painful pinching. And the medium firmness is just perfect for me too (combination back and side sleeper), just the right amount of slight sinking but well on top of the mattress so turning is so much easier. The built-in pillow topper is plush to the touch, but again, part of the luscious support that makes this a dream to sleep on. Within minutes, I was out for the count for a solid four hour nap and when I got up, I could walk around without the usual punishing back pain that comes from strenuous work (it always takes a rest to see just how bad those muscle aches can be). I mean, I can’t say it’s medically accurate, but from this personal experience, I can certainly say the right mattress might save you a few trips to the hospital. Get that support at home and it makes all the difference! A full night’s rest? It only got better. I can fall asleep and stay asleep and wake up feeling refreshed! I thought my health issues and age were just factors that doomed me to those days being behind me and am among many in awe of how much your mattress might be the thing to blame. I used to just grab a cheap mattress on sale and get what years I could out of it before the next. This Sealy Posturepedic Elite Brenham II Springtop mattress in Queen (medium firmness) made me a convert for the benefit and cost of real quality. I get why this is a brand you always hear is one of the best. Even in a lineup of staunch competitors, I feel like it just can’t get better than this. I truly look forward to caring for this mattress to get the absolute best out of it in the decade to come. And planning to make sure its replacement is yet another Sealy. Quite frankly, if it does get better than this, I’d love to stick with them and find out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress is sewn very firmly. The fabric is thick, the mattress is 12' thick, hard, soft and does not sag. The price is also acceptable, the mattress quality is good, high-end. I recommend everyone to try it. I really like it.

Me and my husband travel a lot so we get to experience a variety of cozy mattresses and not a cozy ones. On top of that, we have been needing a new mattress because the BR we got 2 years ago has really let us down. In this hunt for the best new mattress, my husband has been calling some of our favorite hotels to see what mattress they had, we’ve gone to several stores to test things out, etc., it’s really been a whole ordeal. Well, when I got the opportunity to test this one for our guest room, I was so excited. After sleeping on it we are OBSESSED. It is so comfy but supportive, it has cooling technology and I really didn’t notice either of us getting hot like we do on our current mattress (my husband will constantly uncover himself). With our other mattress when went through a horrible adjustment period where it seemed like we hurt head to toe. But not with this one! I felt like my back pain was better the next morning from proper support. My neck and shoulders didn’t hurt. I truly felt amazing! This mattress is worth it, trust me! We will be purchasing a king version for our master bedroom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got to try for free in exchange for a review. We’ve had it about a month and it is so comfortable. While it’s labeled medium firmness, I would say it’s on the softer side but we love soft so it’s great for us. It’s a thick mattress about 16 inches, so we had to get a shorter box spring to bring down the height. We also had to get new sheets for it. It provides a cozy, supportive, cool, comfortable sleep, can’t speak for the longevity because we’ve only had it for a month, but I would buy this again. It doesn’t squeak or make any noise.

I’ve slept better since getting it than I have in years. It is a tall mattress though, just a heads up. But if you are using a platform bed frame then it will be perfect. I highly recommend this mattress

Put the mattress cover on ,it don't fix at all, actually it sucks, on top of that my sheets won't fix .the bed is ok.

Do not order a mattress from Sam’s Club. I ordered this mattress on December 19. It is now January 27. The mattress has not been delivered. Nobody can tell me where our mattress is. Sam’s has taken the money for the mattress but hasn’t delivered it to me. They can’t even track the package to tell me where it is. There is absolutely no extra value in ordering through Sam’s Club. Go to your local mattress store and get it.
