The gel memory foam conforms to the body so nicely distributing weight evenly across the mattress to relieve pressure points. It isn't too soft or too firm , just perfect. The motion canceling encased coils reduce motion transfer, and i can barely feel my partner move next to me at night, which is nice because he's a flip flopper. It offers SealyChill technology to help keep you cool throughout the night. I love this because I tend to overheat when I'm sleeping, and it wakes me up. This technology really helps keep you cooler throughout the night. It's firm enough that when you sit on the edge of the bed, it doesn't sink down, so I dont find myself sliding off. I like a softer bed and my husband prefers firmer but we’ve both been liking the compromise on this one. The top layer is super breathable and we don’t get too hot plus we don’t feel each other move around in the night as much. You will definitely need some extra deep pocket sheets thought because this mattress is tall.
